Here's what it takes to make yours count.
- Strong experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and enterprise lab infrastructure
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Arista, and Dell networking equipment
- Experience with SAN/storage systems, enterprise monitoring tools, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
- Experience supporting AI, engineering, or product development lab environments preferred
- Deploy, configure, and support engineering lab infrastructure including servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment
- Perform rack, stack, cabling, hardware installation, and system configuration
- Support SAN/storage environments, fiber-channel infrastructure, and scale-out architectures
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Partner with engineering teams to develop infrastructure solutions and hardware configuration plans
- Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and document operational processes
- Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code and shared services models
- Support Agile Scrum and Scrum at Scale operational frameworks
- Utilize monitoring and AI-based tools to improve infrastructure reliability and performance
