Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Here's what we're looking for:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience


• 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, or similar technical support experience preferred


• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, user account management, and network access


• Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, and user access administration


• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills


• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and stay highly organized


• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to assist employees at all levels


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams


• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


• Experience with ERP systems, asset tracking systems, or IT ticketing systems is a plus


• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese skills are a plus


• Ability to move between office and production areas throughout the workday

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment


• Create, modify, and manage employee email accounts, system access, permissions, and user profiles


• Track, assign, reassign, and maintain inventory records for company IT assets and software licenses


• Provide day-to-day technical support for office and production employees, including login, access, hardware, and software issues


• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems and coordinate escalation of complex technical issues when necessary


• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and creating or deactivating user accounts


• Maintain accurate documentation of IT equipment, processes, system access, and inventory records


• Respond to employee requests and questions regarding systems, technology, and access needs


• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and support of office technology and related equipment


• Support multiple departments with technical and administrative IT-related tasks


• Help ensure IT assets are properly maintained, secured, and accounted for throughout their lifecycle


• Collaborate with team members and provide support for additional duties as needed to meet business objectives and operational demands


• Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach while supporting both office and production teams on-site
