Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machining issues, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Two-year Machine Trades degree or equivalent experience required (High School Diploma/GED minimum)
- At least 2 years of CNC machining experience, including setting up irregular parts in CNC mills
- Proficiency with CAM software; experience with Fanuc controls preferred
- Strong familiarity with milling machines, power tools, and the proper use of hand tools
