Assembly Technician
Location: Natick, MA
Pay Rate: $35–$38/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm.
Seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of precision aerospace equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong mechanical assembly experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work from blueprint specifications and assembly instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble aerospace and precision mechanical components according to engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Utilize common hand tools and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately.
- Work with precision parts requiring high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production goals.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical assembly experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Experience working with common hand tools and precision components.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Aerospace, manufacturing, or high-precision assembly experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
