Location: Ithaca, NY (with regional deliveries in NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, and WV)

Advantage Sport & Fitness, Inc. is a leading commercial fitness equipment company. We are seeking skilled, mechanically inclined individuals to assemble, test, and deliver high-quality fitness equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and test fitness equipment
- Deliver and install equipment at customer locations
- Safely operate company vehicles (box truck experience a plus; CDL not required)
- Maintain accurate delivery and assembly records
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and driving history meeting DOT and insurance standards; must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs multiple times throughout the workday
- At least 21 years old (DOT regulations)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and medical clearance for heavy lifting
- Background check and motor vehicle records check
- Ability to be away from home 1–3 nights per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving a box truck
- Previous assembly or mechanical experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skills
