About The Role
Join JLB’s Sales team, an extension of our clients’ organizations, driving growth and flawless execution with Target. As Sales Team Lead, you’ll lead a team and partner cross-functionally to deliver strategies that exceed sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the account management team; set objectives, manage workload, and support career growth.
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability through strategic planning and flawless execution.
- Manage weekly and monthly forecasting, reporting, and shipment targets.
- Oversee digital shelf strategies, promotional planning, and marketing initiatives with clients and Target’s Roundel team; track and report KPIs.
- Build sustainable processes and collaborate across functions to elevate JLB’s value to clients and Target.
- Become an expert in your categories; identify new opportunities and whitespace with leadership and insights teams.
- Document annual vendor activity through VLP, including negotiations, assortment planning, and joint business planning.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and Target teams; lead vendor submissions, line reviews, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- 7 years of account management and item-level forecasting experience.
- Experience working with Target corporate offices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Salary : $109,700 - $160,750
