The Produce Specialist is responsible for slicing, packaging, and labeling fresh fruit at select Walmart locations. This position oversees all daily fruit station activities from setup and preparation to cleaning, while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, this role includes monitoring fruit inventory levels to align with Walmart’s inventory requirements.

Now, about you:
- You’re 18 years or older
- You are available to work a split schedule covering shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 8 hours
- Are comfortable complying with all applicable FDA regulations related to the handling, preparation, and packaging of fresh-cut produce
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
