We are seeking a motivated and strategic Category Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in St. Louis, MO. As a Category Manager, you will analyze market data, develop category strategies to meet business goals, and build strong relationships with both retailers and suppliers. This role includes managing procurement processes, leading contract negotiations, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize product placement and performance. Your efforts will contribute to driving growth, profitability, and efficiency across assigned categories.

• Proficiency in Category Management and the ability to identify growth opportunities for products and categories
• Strong Analytical Skills for processing market data and making informed business decisions
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes to optimize supplier relationships and cost management
• Experience in Sales strategies, including collaboration with retail teams to enhance performance and achieve targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the consumer goods or retail industry is a plus
