Account Supervisor

As an Account Supervisor within our Retail Consultancy practice, you will help translate retailer-specific strategies into actionable plans that drive business results for our clients. You’ll serve as the key day-to-day contact for internal and client teams—ensuring work moves forward with clarity, accuracy, and impact.

This role requires a strong operational mindset, a collaborative approach, and a passion for retail. You’ll partner closely with strategy leads, creative, media, and commerce execution teams to ensure flawless delivery of programs rooted in retailer intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as a day-to-day contact for client teams, building trust and managing communications related to retail strategy and execution.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the translation of retail strategies into program briefs, timelines, and deliverables across shopper, media, and in-store execution.
  • Retailer & Category Knowledge: Stay current on key retailer priorities, RMN platforms, shopper behavior, and category trends to help inform plans and client recommendations.
  • Project Management: Own project timelines, deliverable tracking, and internal coordination—ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and milestones are met. Update ASANA and work with Agency Project Management team to ensure resourcing and timeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., commerce execution, creative, media, analytics) to bring programs to life and ensure they align with both strategy and retailer requirements.
  • Quality Control: Review and route client deliverables with attention to accuracy, strategic consistency, and brand/retailer alignment.
  • Optimization: Monitor program performance and partner with RMN, Vendor, and analytics leads to capture results and recommend optimizations.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management, shopper marketing, or retail-focused roles within an agency or CPG environment
  • Strong understanding of retailer programs, commerce platforms, or RMNs (Retail Media Networks)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and proactive communication
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and eager to grow in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment
