Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of client projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, operations, strategy) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Track progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and shifting business needs.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, documentation, reports, and timelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and opportunities to enhance the client’s overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of project performance, deadlines, and communications.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects our standards of excellence.
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
- Driving is an essential duty and function of this job
- Travel up to 10%
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Products, brand or agency experience
- Account management, client services, or project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build polished, professional, client-ready presentation decks.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
