Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Barudan embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidery on a variety of garments. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the creation of customized apparel and promotional items.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper threading, calibration, and alignment for each project
- Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, adjusting settings as needed for optimal results
- Inspect finished products for quality standards in production, including stitch consistency, color accuracy, and overall appearance
- Handle materials carefully, ensuring proper placement and tension during embroidery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety standards at all times
Experience
- Prior experience operating embroidery machines is a must
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure precise placement of designs
- Experience adhering to quality standards in production processes and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle materials efficiently and maintain organized workspaces
