Reports To: CEO Clearance Type: TS/SCI (CI Poly desired) Location: Remote Summary of Duties: As the FSO at Advantage SCI, you'll responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures within our facility to protect people, property, and sensitive information and maintain/manage employee clearances and the company facility clearance as well as industrial security and regulatory compliance. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Security Program Management: The FSO will develop, implement, and maintain security programs in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Access Control: manages access to facilities, including employee access badges, visitor logs, and security systems.
- Personnel Security: FSO handles personnel security clearances, may be required to manage classified information, and conduct security briefings and training in accordance with NISPOM.
- Incident Response: FSO investigates security incidents, documents them, and reports them to appropriate authorities.
- Compliance: FSO ensures compliance with all applicable security regulations, including those related to classified information and physical security.
- Liaison: Serves as the primary point of contact for security-related matters, communicating with government agencies, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.
- Security Awareness: Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a security-conscious culture.
- Physical Security: Oversees the physical security of the facility, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
- Cybersecurity: FSO supports cybersecurity efforts, particularly as they relate to protecting sensitive information.
- Conducts security self-inspections and audits
