What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be active, social, and fast-moving. You'll be talking to homeowners, starting conversations, learning how to spot opportunity, and building trust face-to-face.

You won't be thrown out there and told to figure it out alone. You'll get sales training, ongoing coaching, and leadership development so you can sharpen your skills, build confidence, and keep improving.

What You'll Earn

This role pays $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Your income grows with performance, and the path is built for advancement. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to move into a Roofing Sales Representative role and keep growing from there.

• Backgrounds in solar, HVAC, pest control, window and door, home improvement, or restoration sales can translate well.
• Experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control, windows and doors, home improvement, restoration services, or other home-services industries is highly valued.
• Please note that retail checkout, cashier, or order-taking experience alone is not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
