We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team!

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

- Location: Travel to Long Term Care facilities in the region

- Employment Type: Full-Time

·       - Provide care and assessments to patients using non-invasive and invasive ventilators (experience preferred)

·       - Conduct clinical assessments and provide respiratory therapy recommendations

·       - Collaborate closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and facility staff to optimize patient care

·       - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to manage ongoing pulmonary care

·       - Educate Long Term Care staff on respiratory equipment and disease management

·       - Ensure proper setup, operation, troubleshooting, and sanitation of respiratory equipment

·       - Maintain compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards

·       - Accurately document assessments, interventions, and follow-ups in a timely manner

·       - Uphold all HIPAA and company policies and procedures

·       - Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy

·       - Active Ohio License (CRT or RRT via NBRC)

·       - Valid driver’s license

·       - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

·       - Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills

·       - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

·       - Must pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical
