Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team! This is a non-patient-facing position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with QuickBooks Online experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Rate of Pay
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage patient-related data in QuickBooks Online
- Perform clerical tasks and data input according to program standards
- Maintain timely, organized digital records and file systems
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring data accuracy and completeness
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
