Pay : $20 - $26
Shift : 1st Shift
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on furnaces and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by production under supervisor guidance.
- Manufacture thermocouples , refractory fiber modules, and repair furnace linings.
- Ensure repairs meet specifications and set up survey stands.
- Assist with refractory installations by contractors.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
- Proficient in basic math (algebra, geometry, percentages).
- Strong problem-solving skills with limited standardization.
- High School diploma or GED; or 5 years of related experience.
