Real Estate Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator / Social Media Manager – Full-Time (Flexible Hours)
Location: Advantage Realty, LLC - 201 Helen Walton St. Tomah, WI 54660– In Office with Partial Remote Flexibility

Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing real estate firm? We’re seeking a motivated and versatile Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator/Social Media Manager to join our team!

Position Overview:

This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations, transaction management, and online brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain organization and efficiency of office systems
  • Assist leadership with scheduling, communication, and project coordination

Transaction Coordination:

  • Manage real estate transaction files from contract to close
  • Communicate with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders
  • Ensure deadlines are met and documents are accurately maintained

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Promote listings, company updates, and industry news
  • Monitor engagement and implement growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in real estate or transaction coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Self-starter who can multitask and work independently
  • Must be available to work on-site most days, with some flexibility to work from home

Details:

  • Preferred Schedule: Full-time (Flexible hours)
  • Compensation: Based on experience
  • Location: In-office with limited remote flexibility
