Position Overview:
This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations, transaction management, and online brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Maintain organization and efficiency of office systems
- Assist leadership with scheduling, communication, and project coordination
Transaction Coordination:
- Manage real estate transaction files from contract to close
- Communicate with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders
- Ensure deadlines are met and documents are accurately maintained
Social Media Management:
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Promote listings, company updates, and industry news
- Monitor engagement and implement growth strategies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate or transaction coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Self-starter who can multitask and work independently
- Must be available to work on-site most days, with some flexibility to work from home
