Advantage Plus Insurance Agency is expanding our national Medicare Telesales Division and is actively recruiting licensed Medicare professionals ready to take their production and income to the next level.
We are not a traditional call center.
Our agents focus on selling - while our internal teams handle compliance support, member services, contracting, and backend operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Medicare Telesales Agent. The Medicare Telesales Agent will assist seniors in understanding their Medicare options and enrolling in suitable plans. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing education on available insurance products like Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations during member acquisition. The role requires the ability to build strong client relationships and identify customers' needs to provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales, customer service, and client engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with active listening abilities
- Knowledge of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplement plans
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with attention to detail
- Active health insurance license is a must
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Medicare sales
- Previous experience in the insurance field or healthcare sector is a plus
- Active California Life & Health Insurance License.
- Professional phone presence and compliance awareness.
