What You’ll Be Doing

• Consultative Selling: Visiting homes across Dayton—from historic Oakwood to modern Beavercreek—to evaluate plumbing systems, sewer lines, water heaters, and filtration needs.
• Presenting Options: Educating homeowners on good-better-best solutions and guiding them toward the right investment for their home.
• Closing & Financing: Presenting clear, digitized quotes and offering on-the-spot financing options to close deals during the initial visit.
• Seamless Hand-Offs: Working directly with our install teams to ensure the customer’s vision is executed flawlessly.
• Representing the "Advantage": Building long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifetime clients.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of successful in-home, residential, or direct-to-consumer sales (trades or home services experience is a major plus).
• The Gift of Gab: Exceptional communication skills—you can simplify complex plumbing concepts and build instant rapport.
• Closing Mindset: Driven by performance, comfortable asking for the sale, and confident handling objections.
• Tech-Savvy: Tech-comfortable with tablets and CRM software; experience with Service Titan is a huge bonus.
• The Essentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and a professional, customer-first attitude.
