What You’ll Be Doing
- Solving the Puzzle: From troubleshooting high-efficiency furnaces in Kettering to servicing complex heat pumps in Springboro—you’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, and precision tune-ups.
- Consulting, Not Just Fixing: You aren't just a parts-changer. You'll educate customers, present indoor air quality (IAQ) options, and provide estimates that make sense for their homes.
- Tech-Forward Service: Using your tablet to document static pressure, temp splits, and system health to give our customers the "Advantage" report.
- Representing the "Advantage": Delivering a premium experience and leaving every mechanical room cleaner than you found it.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Experience: At least 3 years in the HVAC service trenches (Residential/Light Commercial).
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is a must; NATE certification is a huge plus.
- The Gift of Gab: You’re comfortable talking to homeowners and explaining the why behind the how.
- Software Savvy: Previous Service Titan experience is a massive plus.
- The Essentials: A clean driving record, the ability to pass a background/drug test, and a professional demeanor.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
