Pawnbroker Associate (Growth & Leadership Track)
Cash in a Flash is a locally owned, well-established pawn shop serving our community with honesty, expertise, and great customer service. We are currently hiring for our Castle Rock store and are especially interested in candidates who want to grow with us and develop into future leaders.
No pawn experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to build a long-term career.
Position Highlights
Assist customers with pawn transactions including loans, buys, and sales- Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive experiences
- Learn how to evaluate and price a wide range of items (tools, jewelry, electronics, and more)
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store environment
- Accurately document transactions and follow all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop product knowledge, sales skills, and leadership abilities over time
