IT Audit Manager

We are actively seeking an IT Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT audit engagements, including SOC 1 & 2 and ISO 27001, providing thorough levels of review, and leading successful projects. A key component of this position involves enhancing our quality review program, maintaining meticulous audit records, and ensuring our internal compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Review IT audit engagements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and provide constructive feedback to internal team members.
• Develop and execute reviews of essential deliverables, including audit work papers, draft reports, and other pertinent documents.
• Manage the client issuance process, incorporating any necessary reporting updates.
• Serve as a primary interface with clients, offering expert guidance in security and compliance.
• Provide comprehensive coaching and feedback to Staff Auditors.
• Contribute to the design and development of key workflows within audit operations.
• Take ownership of the quality review process, enhancing internal documentation and developing robust mechanisms for internal quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Auditing & Compliance
• Compensation for this role ranges from $115k - $90k
• CPA license preferred, CISA or equivalent a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with SOC, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 reporting.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 or Regional Accounting firm.
• Technology certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, GCP) are a significant plus.
