Monday/Thursday; 430pm-10pm
Friday; 7am-430pm Sunday; 8am-10pm

Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior experience with G-tube & Trach cares
