Make a Difference Every Shift
As an LPN or RN with Advantage Nursing Services, you will provide compassionate, individualized care that allows patients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care according to each patient's individualized care plan
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support patients with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN or RN license
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a home care setting
- Passion for providing exceptional one-on-one care
New to Home Health or Pediatric Nursing?
No experience? No problem!
