Responsibilites:
*Candidate needs strong Accounting Skills and Excel experience.
- Enter and Review Payroll - employee data.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of Weekly and Monthly payroll cycles.
- Process Tax Deposits and 401K Contributions.
- Maintain records for Vacations and Paid Time Off.
- Process Employee Benefits Enrollment and Payroll Deductions.
- Experience with various Government Programs, FMLA, PFML, L&I Claims, Garnishments.
- Various accounting tasks as requested.
- Assist with end of month processes.
- Account and schedule reconciliations, statement balancing.
- Fill in as necessary for cashier, receptionist, assist with supervision of same.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for team player.
- Excellent attendance.
- 2 years of Accounting - Payroll/HR Experience
- 10 Key-key boarding excellence.
- Dealership experience preferred, but open to other backgrounds
- Pre-employment drug screen.
- Willing to work 10:30am to 7:00pm shift and possible weekends.
