Advantage Medical is expanding our Tacoma / South Sound team and actively hiring an Associate Sales Representative to support continued growth across one of the busiest and most established surgical territories in the Pacific Northwest.
This is not a cold-start territory.
This is an established, high-performing market with experienced team members, strong surgeon relationships, and continued growth opportunity within the Zimmer Biomet CMF, Neuro, and Thoracic portfolio.
Due to continued growth across our Zimmer Biomet business, we are expanding our team in several high-performing territories throughout Washington, Northern Idaho, and Western Montana.
This role is built for someone who wants real exposure to surgical device sales โ not someone looking for a passive support position.
You will be expected to operate in fast-paced OR environments, support complex surgical cases, manage logistics and inventory, and build professional relationships with surgeons, PAs, nurses, and hospital staff.

โข Supporting surgical procedures and OR coverage
โข Managing instrumentation, implants, and inventory logistics
โข Assisting with surgeon education and case support

โข Supporting a rapidly growing and clinically demanding territory

โข Prior sales experience required
โข Medical sales experience preferred but not required

โข Four-year degree required
โข Reliable transportation required
