Job Description:
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to create and maintain sales of high-end building products, including decking, decking fasteners and accessories, hardwood lumber and flooring, and more. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Product Knowledge: Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures.
- Sales Communication: Articulate the benefits of products to prospective customers via phone, aligning solutions to their needs.
- Competitor Analysis: Understand the competition to enhance your sales success.
- Proactive Sales: Actively seek out new business opportunities through warm and cold calls to both prospective and existing customers.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships for repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the operations team to ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday half days, as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Working knowledge of lumber measurements and basic construction (preferred but not required).
- Phone sales experience.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
