Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage timesensitive tasks are essential for success in this position.Job Responsibilities:Letters of Authorization & Transaction Processing:Prepare and review Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for submission to custodians related to:Policy fee collectionsPolicy withdrawalsPolicy loansEnsure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant prior to submissionEnsure the letters are signed by the authorized signatoriesTrack and follow up on pending authorizations to ensure timely processingMaintain organized and auditable records of all submitted authorizationsPolicy Fee Administration:Assist in the preparation, review and validation of renewal fees (quarterly and annually)Verify fee calculations in coordination with internal systems and applicable policy provisionsSupport reconciliation of policy chargesIdentify discrepancies and escalate as needed for resolutionSkills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyDiscretion in handling confidential financial informationJob Requirements:Degree holder in accounting and finance or equivalent professional qualifications.Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position
