As our construction division continues to grow, Advantage Landscape is seeking a high-performing Landscape Foreman to lead crews and drive production in the field. This role is responsible for executing projects, managing labor and materials, maintaining jobsite quality and safety, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landscape construction crews in the field
- Execute project plans, layouts, and specifications accurately
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and details
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite at all times
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding progress, challenges, and needs
- Operate equipment as needed (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Proven experience leading crews in a field environment
- Strong knowledge of planting, grading, drainage, hardscape, and irrigation installation
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working on builder or production-style projects
- Equipment operation experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
