Job Description
Works directly under the Department Head
Management/ Project Management skills
Perform site visits to observe, document, collect, verify, and analyze existing structural/civil conditions
Prepare reports with observations, findings and opinions
Prepare construction specifications documents and repair protocols
Review drawings, plans and specifications
Interact with Clients to present findings and provide updates
Ability to attend meeting with clients, and represent the company
Keep timely and accurate time log
Qualifications
BS degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (MS is a plus)
10 years of experience
P.E. License required
Restoration/ Forensics Experience
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to work as part of the team and in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of Florida Building Code, ACI, ASTM, etc.
