Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by analyzing issues and offering effective solutions while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, data entry and warranty claims is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
