THE POSITION

Advantage is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Occupational Therapist to provide services for its patients in the East Summit County, Portage County & Northern Stark County areas. A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year ofcurrentexperience working as a Occupational Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are:

• Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
• Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
• Organized and able to manage a Occupational Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment.
• Ability to supervise COTA's and work with our internal therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and ST's
