Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waxahachie, TX, for a Licensed PTA or Licensed PT. The Licensed PTA or PT will be responsible for assisting patients through various therapeutic techniques, implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, return to work programs and communicating effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid state PTA or PT license
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
