Unlimited Income | Flexible Schedule | Broker Model (Not Captive)
Advantage Group is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated professionals who want control, flexibility, and uncapped income in the voluntary benefits space.
This is a 1099 broker opportunity, not a captive agent role. You’ll work directly with small to mid-sized businesses, helping employers offer supplemental benefits at no cost to the business—while creating long-term, renewable income for yourself.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with local businesses (3–50 employees)
- Educate employers and employees on voluntary/supplemental benefits
- Enroll and manage accounts with ongoing broker support
- Build a book of business with residual income
- Collaborate with health, P&C, and payroll partners

Ideal Candidate

Compensation
- Commission-based with renewals
- Top producers earn $80K–$150K annually
- No income cap
