As an Insurance Broker, you’ll work closely with clients to help them understand their worksite insurance options, provide expert advice across a range of products, and ensure they receive the coverage that best suits their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate individual and group insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
- Generate new business through outside sales, networking, and referrals
- Deliver exceptional client service by promptly handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and trend analysis
- Support clients with benefits administration, including enrollments and claims assistance
- Use telemarketing and other outreach methods to connect with potential clients
