Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Conversion:
- Manage and qualify all inbound customer leads to the point of application.
Offer additional/complimentary services:
- Educate qualified leads on additional products and services available. (Ex: Insurance, additional equipment, etc.)
Outbound Contact & Follow-Up:
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, maintaining detailed call notes and next steps in CRM (HubSpot).
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to align target markets, trade shows/associations, messaging, and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Driven, results-oriented and self-motivated
- 2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or customer success experience
- Call Center experience preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and disciplined with CRM usage (preferably HubSpot)
- Equipment finance, commercial lending, or business-to-business sales experience is a plus
Skills:
- Energized by interacting with people.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. (Experience in Word, and Excel a plus.)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Bonus potential: ≥hourly salary (performance based)
OTE: $72,000 - $100,000 annually
Expected hours: 40 per week
