Job Summary:
Advantage Equipment Rental & Sales is hiring a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to perform preventive maintenance on our fleet. This position focuses on fluid services, greasing, and basic inspections to keep equipment running efficiently and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Change engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and other fluids on heavy equipment
- Grease and lubricate all necessary components
- Perform routine preventive maintenance services
- Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, and potential issues
- Report mechanical concerns to service team
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance (preferred)
- Basic understanding of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work in shop and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable and punctual
Preferred Experience:
- Construction equipment or rental fleet maintenance
- Skid steers, excavators, loaders, or similar equipment
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed
