What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Advantage Enterprises, LLC?
As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up cook’s station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications. Duties of this position will include set up of equipment, and preparing and portioning food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. A qualified applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
