Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Availability Required)
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Assistant Office Administrator positions to join our dedicated team at Advantage Early Learning Academy.
Part-Time: Up to 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Full-Time: 35 hours/week
Position Overview:
The Assistant Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Center Director and Team with administrative and operational duties. This role requires a balance of office responsibilities and on-site support for our staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and assisting with general inquiries
Enrolling new students and setting up accounts
Processing tuition payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing excellent customer service to families and visitors
Supporting classroom staff as needed with children
Light cleaning and clerical duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
Familiarity with ODJFS, DCY and PFCC systems
Proficiency in software such as Brightwheel, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working with young children and stepping into classrooms as needed
Must be reliable and available for a variety of shifts (openings and closings)
Fluent in English
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
Must pass local and federal background checks
