Role Summary:
You bring strategy and storytelling together to create measurable marketing results. In this role, you plan and optimize digital campaigns, write persuasive copy for ads, emails, and video, and analyze performance data to guide decisions. You balance creativity with analytics to strengthen the Advantage Design Group® brand and deliver content that drives action.

Role Highlights:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
  • Write clear, persuasive copy for digital ads, emails, and orientation content.
  • Build and manage automation workflows and reports in Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions.
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance, reach, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and client teams to produce aligned, on-brand content.
  • Continuously refine messaging and processes to elevate our brand story.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in copywriting or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Proven ability to write clearly, creatively, and strategically for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar)
  • Work an in-office, hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, Florida

Would Be Plus:

  • Agency or higher-education experience
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Umbraco, WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
  • Experience writing video scripts or content for multimedia campaigns
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for basic email template customization
