About the Role:
We are a busy dental practice in Kenmore seeking a dependable and organized front desk receptionist who is
able to multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment. Full or part-time.

Responsibilities:
Duties include greeting and checking in patients, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, processing paperwork, answering phones, and scheduling appointments, all while remaining upbeat with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a dental office setting with strong clerical support skills, time management, and clinical operations flow.

*Familiarity with FUSE and/or Eaglesoft systems.
*Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, procedures and coding.
*Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, records management and documentation.
