What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain knowledge of Toyota products, dealership programs, financing options, and current promotions
- Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
