What You'll Do
- Install a variety of residential flooring products, including:
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
- Hardwood
- Tile
- Vinyl
- Natural Stone
- Measure, prepare, and complete installations with precision
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
- Maintain professional communication with builders and team members
- Deliver clean, accurate, and timely installations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own flooring installation tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Professional appearance and fluent English communication
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
