Position Overview
As an Associate Chiropractor at Advantage Chiropractic, you will provide neurologically based chiropractic care, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and help guide patients toward long-term wellness. This is an outstanding opportunity for a chiropractor who wants to join a supportive team, work with an established patient base, and grow both personally and professionally.
Torque Release Technique (TRT) Focus
Advantage Chiropractic utilizes Torque Release Technique (TRT) as a cornerstone of our care. Our associate doctor will be expected to:
- Deliver specific, neurologically based adjustments using Torque Release Technique
- Understand and apply the principles of tonal chiropractic and nervous system-centered care
- Confidently explain the value of TRT to patients in a way that builds trust and clarity
- Follow established office protocols and corrective care plans aligned with our clinical approach
- Participate in training, coaching, and continued learning to sharpen technique and communication
***Experience with TRT is preferred, but we are open to training the right doctor who is coachable, aligned with our mission, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments with confidence and consistency
- Educate patients on nervous system-based care, wellness principles, and lifestyle habits
- Utilize supplemental therapies (nutrition, decompression, etc.)
- Perform chiropractic evaluations and re-evaluations
- Communicate clearly and compassionately to build trust and patient retention
- Document visits accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited chiropractic program
- Active license (or ability to obtain) in Wisconsin
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable educating patients and building value in care recommendations
- Positive attitude, coachable, and team-oriented
- Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence

Clinic Hours
- Monday: 9am-6pm
- Tuesday: 6am-12pm
- Wednesday: 7am-6pm
- Thursday: 9am-5pm
- Occasional Fridays and weekends depending on events and team meetings
