Duties

• Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Conduct patient assessments by gathering relevant medical history and current health concerns.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises to enhance their recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including billing and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Strong patient service skills to create a welcoming environment for all patients.
• Ability to perform basic patient assessments under the guidance of licensed chiropractors.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records.
