We are looking for an experienced professional to manage regulatory compliance, quality systems, and claims substantiation across our dietary supplement products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure FDA & FTC compliance for all products
- Maintain product documentation (formulas, COAs, stability data)
- Oversee claims substantiation and approve marketing claims
- Manage third-party testing labs and vendors
- Support new product development from concept to launch
- Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates
Requirements:
- 3–7 years experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or related regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of FDA & FTC regulations
- Experience with claims management, quality oversight, and working with contract manufacturers
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field preferred
