Duties:
- Majority of time spent on the phone working with customers on arrangements for making payments.
- Educate customers on importance of timely payments while recommending appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences.
- Work with customers/sales team to resolve outstanding balances
- Heavy phone work on collections and references.
Qualifications:
- COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE must be self-motivated
- Professional appearance
- Excellent persuasive ability and ability to influence others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate results and develop solutions
- Integrity is of utmost priority
- Cash Handling
- Valid and current Driver’s License and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High School Diploma/GED
- Will be subject to drug testing, drug free work environment
- Preference will be given to applicants with one year tangible sales experience
