- Position Summary
- Individual must be able to receive clinical samples, review paperwork and log all information in the laboratory database. The individual must be able to address any issues with the paperwork received and resolve all problems with the doctors or clients. This position requires that the individual be able to make all clinical kits and facilitate delivery of these kits to the doctors and client as requested. Also, the individual must be able to effectively address by telephone or email all client issues to resolution or direct clients to the appropriate individual to resolve the situation. The individual in this position may be required to perform certain laboratory tasks related to non-clinical testing such as environmental and mouse genotyping services. Lastly, the position requires for the uploading of reports on the share file system as a support for the Office Administrator.

- Sample accessioning and paperwork review
- Resolution of all problems associated with received samples – clearing samples for processing.
- Ability to coordinate with management to resolve client issues.
- Creation of all clinical kits
- Shipment of kits to clients as needed.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies related to kit creation.
- Uploading of reports to the ShareFile system
- Laboratory related client services
- Assist staff in cases as needed.
- Follow strict safety procedures when handling toxic materials to avoid contamination.
