Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a diverse caseload, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, and communicating effectively with clients. Litigation experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments
- Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
- 1–5 years of relevant legal experience (more experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply)
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Courtroom experience preferred
