What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments
- Review client progress and make data based treatment decisions
- Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision making skills
- Comfortable working in home and community settings
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- New BCBAs are welcome to apply. Mentorship and support are available.
- Competitive compensation: $70 to $80 per hour depending on experience
